In 2019, Brendan Droppo Design helped Nationwide and Amazon design and reveal their Echo Auto paint scheme driven by Alex Bowman in the NASCAR® Cup Series.
Brendan demonstrated creativity and artistic talent at a very young age and was hooked on illustrating right from the moment he could hold a pencil. His interest and passion in art and design have continued to evolve and pursuing a career in graphic design was a natural choice.
Born in Ottawa, Ontario, design has been a monumental part of Brendan’s life since the age of 5 when he would baffle his teachers with three-dimensional drawings. A couple years later, his father introduced him to NASCAR®. Amazed by the sport, Brendan merged his newfound fervour for race cars with his love for art. From 2008 to 2011, while studying graphic design in college, this fascination for the way motorsports was used in marketing turned into a love for design in general, including branding, typography, digital and 3D design.
Now, holding a relentless passion in design for sports marketing, advertising and branding, he has designed liveries for renowned NASCAR® and INDYCAR® sponsors, drivers and teams including 7-time NASCAR® Champion Jimmie Johnson (Carvana, Ally and Lowe's), 14-time Most Popular Driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Alex Bowman (Nationwide) and 2020 Champion, three-time Most Popular Driver Chase Elliott (NAPA Auto Parts and Hooters). His very first livery design, cosponsored by Macy's, launched at the iconic Daytona International Speedway in the Summer of 2009.
Having also designed corporate and brand identity systems for several companies from Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, to New York City, Brendan applies his unique creativity, unparalleled attention to detail and distinctive approach to design in each and every project.
