Pre Laser care
NO antibotics, NO sun exposure Including; Sun beds and Spray tans, NO waxing and Tweezing 2 weeks pre laser treatment. All areas being treated MUST be shaved the morning of appointment.
Safety
Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, Sun Exposure, disabilities or illnesses. Talking with your technician will help customize your service to ensure your maximum saftey and benefit.
Scheduling
We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa. Same areas from our membership packages can not be treated more than once every 6 weeks. A reservation fee of $50 for clients who have not brought pre paid packages is required.
Teens
Clients between 15 and 18 years old must present written permission from their parents or guardian prior to their first spa service. Clients under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times.
Tipping
Gratuities are not included in your total amount. It is common practice to tip 15% – 20% of the original service price. Please feel free to extend a gratuity as a result of your spa experience, they are greatly appreciated. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash or credit card.
Punctuality
We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Erase, your appointment is scheduled with a technician whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
1. You may opt to shorten your treatment
2. You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a cancellation charge will be incurred.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Refunds
Products & Services are not refundable. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed.
Privacy Policy
Erase Spa respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and securely managing all of the personal information that you choose to share with us. During your online visit, you may be required to share personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, physical address, telephone number or e-mail address. Erase Spa collects this information in order to facilitate the delivery of services and/or the completion of an order. Erase Spa will not sell, share, or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
*Please note that Tax and Gratuity are not included. All Sessions purchased are nonrefundable and expire one year after first session is redeemed. Gift cards expire one year after purchase. A $50 fee or loss of session will apply if you do not cancel your appointment before 24 hours. Same area from membership package can not be treated more than once every 6 weeks.
