Brendan demonstrated creativity and artistic talent at a very young age and was hooked on illustrating right from the moment he could hold a pencil. His interest and passion in art and design have continued to evolve and pursuing a career in graphic design was a natural choice.
Born in Ottawa, Ontario, design has been a monumental part of Brendan’s life since the age of 5 when he would baffle his teachers with three-dimensional drawings. A couple years later, his father introduced him to NASCAR. Amazed by the sport, Brendan merged his newfound fervour for race cars with his love for art. From 2008 to 2011, while studying graphic design in college, this fascination for the way motorsports was used in marketing turned into a love for design in general, including branding, typography and digital design.
Now, holding a strong passion in design for marketing, advertising and branding, he has designed liveries for several NASCAR teams, drivers and sponsors including Jimmie Johnson (Lowe's), Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Alex Bowman (Nationwide) and Chase Elliott (Napa Auto Parts & Hooters). His first livery design launched at the Daytona International Speedway in 2009.
Having also designed corporate and brand identity systems for many companies from Ottawa to NYC, Brendan applies his unique creativity, attention to detail and distinctive approach to design in each and every project.
